Instructions for use and operation of Complete Creatine from Stacker 2
Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 250 ml water or protein shake. You take 1-2 doses daily. On training days, take Complete Creatine about 30 minutes before exercise. On rest days it is best to take one dose in the morning on an empty stomach.
