Physalis Osteo total® contains Aquamin ® , a 100% natural “whole food” mineral complex from red algae, rich in calcium and with high bioavailability. Calcium is needed for it maintenance of a strong bone structure and is perfectly assisted in this by vitamin D and vitamin K. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus . Osteo total® contains vitamin K2 in the form of double coated and encapsulated MK-7 (K2VITAL ® Delta). This synergy is completed by the addition of magnesium, manganese and zinc in a bioavailable form. Manganese supports the formation of connective tissue (such as cartilage) and, like zinc and vitamin C, contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
