Physalis Omega 3 forte contains polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids EPA (36%) and DHA (24%) in the natural EPA / DHA ratio of 1.5. Our diet provides relatively too much omega 6 and too little omega 3. That is why supplements with EPA and DHA are recommended. DHA contributes to a normal brain function ** and a normal vision **. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of a normal blood pressure * and normal triglyceride levels (the beneficial effects are observable with a daily dose of 3 g and 2 g EPA + DHA, respectively).
