RETURNS POLICY

Right of withdrawal products

1. When purchasing products, the customer has the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons for a period of fourteen (14) working days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by the customer or a prior recipient made known to X-tremepower by the customer.

2.During this period, the customer will handle the product and its packaging with care. The customer shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether the customer wishes to keep the product. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, the customer will return the product to X-tremepower with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by X-tremepower.

Costs of withdrawal

1. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall bear no more than the costs of return shipment.
If the customer has paid an amount, X-tremepower will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or withdrawal.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

2. If the customer does not have a right of withdrawal, this can only be excluded by X-tremepower if X-tremepower clearly stated this in the offer, or at least in good time before concluding the agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- that were created by X-tremepower in accordance with specifications of the Other Party;

- that are clearly of a personal nature

- that cannot be returned due to their nature; and

- which spoil or age quickly;

- the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which X-tremepower has no influence;

- for individual newspapers and magazines;

- for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the Other Party has broken the seal.
